Annual Report
The East Texas Gulf Coast Regional Trauma Advisory Council (RAC) is required to submit a report annually to the Texas Department of State Health Services. To see a copy of the latest report please click the button.
Membership Packet
The 2025 - 2026 Membership Packet can be downloaded by using the button below. Please complete and return to the RAC office via email by August 31, 2025. Please submit all paperwork even if you must wait until your new budget year to submit the membership fee.
Membership fees are due no later than November 14, 2025.
